Fort Wayne Dance Collective is pleased to announce a performance by the internationally renowned TAIKOPROJECT, a Los Angeles-based taiko drumming group, April 17, 2010, 8 p.m. at the Arts United Center!

TAIKOPROJECT will be performing "(re)generation", which seamlessly blends fast-paced, exciting taiko with storytelling, music, hip-hop choreography, multi-media and dance.

TAIKOPROJECT is in Fort Wayne through a guest-artist residency, and will be providing workshops to local schoolchildren, adult taiko drummers, and will be holding a demonstration on Sunday, April 18, at the third-annual Cherry Blossom Festival, a celebration of Japanese culture.

 Tickets are $25 for adults, and $20 for children 12 and under in advance. They cost $30 at the door, so buy your tickets soon!
