In other news our Composition Project is moving forward nicely. Our Composer in Residence Troy Webdell released the score to the Philharmonic Youth Orchestra, Youth Ballet and Children’s Choir this week for the next phase of development. We are excited to see the final product at the Festival.

In other news our Composition Project kicked off this week so we are officially on island time and very excited to begin our year of cultural exploration. Tides and Tales of the Caribbean with a focus on Jamaica, Puerto Rico, The Dominican Republic and Cuba. We hope you will join us.

FAME’s long time business manager, Christine Thompson have retired today. She served with three different FAME Executive Directors! FAME wishes for her a happy and very deserved retirement!
